It really was great weather for ducks at the Ey Up Mi Duck Race 2019, but despite the rain we were thrilled to raise just over £6,000 towards our services to help adults and children with sight loss.
Here are some photos from the day. For all the results and the winners, click here.
Thank you to our event sponsor, Derby Riverlights, and to our prize sponsors: Lubrizol, Ringwood Hall Hotel and Spa, and Holiday Inn Derby Riverlights.
Thank you to Watersafe, for getting all our ducks safely in and back out of the water, and to St Peter’s Quarter and Furthest From The Sea for providing sound, our compere and entertainment.
And thanks to Stacey’s Bakery and Shahensah for donating cakes and samosas.
