Sight Support Derbyshire are sad to announce that Richard Perkins passed away on 13th January 2020, after a long illness, bravely fought.
Richard had been involved with Sight Support Derbyshire for many years, as a member of our Board of Trustees and then served as our President. He achieved a lot for our charity, helping with fundraising, connections, direction and support. In recent years his health limited his involvement, but he had kept in touch and up to date with what we were doing. He was always happy to offer advice and support if needed.
Richard will be sadly missed.
We are very grateful that Sight Support Derbyshire have been named for donations in lieu of funeral flowers.
