In the latest interview from our friends at Derby Talking Newspapers, our very own Alison Strathearn, Social and Leisure Project Worker, talks about her plans to overcome the barriers facing visually impaired people to enable people to get out and about again, meet other people and have fun together. After a successful trip to Derby Theatre recently (picture above) we are now planning a programme of activities across Derby and Derbyshire and would love to hear from local visually impaired people about the types of trips and activities they would like to take part in.
