Colour, Courage and Confidence
Come and join our Social and Leisure Project Worker, Victoria, for one of our Colour, Courage and Confidence sessions during National Eye Health Week.
These sessions for people living with a visual impairment will be a chance to meet with others and explore topics such as relaxation, healthy eating, reducing stress and keeping positive, as well as taking part in some practical relaxation, chair based exercise and maybe even some laughter yoga to lift the spirits! Homemade cakes will be available, donations welcome. Please wear something bright and colourful as part of Dress Bright for Sight for National Eye Health Week – it could just be a colourful scarf, brooch or socks, or you could wear a whole colourful outfit!
